Aura is a DYNAMIQ™ scrubs collection by Intelligent Fabric Technologies (North America) Inc. (“IFTNA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We take your privacy seriously.

This Privacy Policy explains how IFTNA collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit weareaurascrubs.com or other pages we operate for the Aura collection (the “Site”), and the privacy choices and rights available to you. It is written for visitors in the United States. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

The Site does not offer accounts or checkout — purchases of Aura products happen on Target.com. If you contact us (for example, by email), we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name and email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our partners automatically collect certain device and usage information, including your IP address, browser type and user-agent, device and online identifiers, cookie identifiers, the pages and content you view, links you click (including outbound clicks to Target), referring/exit pages, and dates and times of access. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described below.

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, precise geolocation, or financial account numbers through the Site.

2. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

We and our partners use first-party cookies, web beacons/pixels, and server-side tools to run and analyze the Site and to measure and optimize advertising. The advertising and analytics technologies we use include:

  • TikTok Pixel and TikTok Events API
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Microsoft Clarity
  • First-party cookies that store an anonymous visitor identifier

These technologies help us understand how the Site is used and measure and improve our advertising campaigns — including attributing when a visitor clicks through to shop Aura at Target. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; disabling cookies may affect how the Site works.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Site; to analyze usage and trends; to measure, attribute, and optimize our advertising campaigns and conversions (such as clicks through to Target); to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. How We Share Information

Advertising and analytics partners. We work with TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and Microsoft to measure and optimize our advertising. We share online activity and device information — and, through our server-side integrations (TikTok Events API and Meta Conversions API), hashed identifiers together with your IP address and browser user-agent — with these partners so they can attribute and improve ad campaigns, including when you click through to shop Aura at Target. Each partner processes this information under its own privacy policy: TikTok, Meta, Google, and Microsoft.

Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf (such as hosting, content management, and analytics), bound to protect the information.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of IFTNA, our users, or others.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our sharing of identifiers and online-activity information with advertising partners for targeted or “cross-context behavioral” advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some U.S. state privacy laws. 5. Your Advertising Choices

You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative, and through each platform’s own controls (TikTok, Meta, Google, and Microsoft ad settings) and your browser or device settings.

6. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to: know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and share; delete your personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of targeted advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Categories of personal information we collect and disclose. In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (such as IP address, device and online identifiers, and cookie IDs) and internet or other electronic network activity (such as browsing and interaction data), and we have disclosed these categories to advertising and analytics partners and to service providers for the advertising and analytics purposes described above. We do not use sensitive personal information for targeted advertising.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / opt out of targeted advertising: email us at info@iftna.com and we will process your request as required by applicable law. You can also use the browser, device, and platform opt-out tools described in “Your Advertising Choices” above.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@iftna.com. We will take steps to verify your identity before responding, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.

7. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to operate the Site, measure advertising, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact info@iftna.com and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Sites

The Site links to third-party websites, including Target.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of websites we do not operate. Review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” below and post the updated policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

SPONSOR 

The Aura Scrubs Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Aura Scrubs (“Sponsor”). 

Sponsor's principal website is weareaurascrubs.com. 

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise. 

 

ELIGIBILITY 

The Giveaway is open to female legal residents of the United States. 

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and agents of Aura Scrubs, its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win. 

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. 

 

GIVEAWAY PERIOD 

The Giveaway begins on October 9, 2026, at 6pm EST and ends on October 30, 2026, at 12nn EST (the “Giveaway Period”). 

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. 

The Sponsor's computer/server is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. 

 

HOW TO ENTER 

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following entry requirements during the Giveaway Period: 

  1. Follow the account (Aura Scrubs for Facebook, @weareaurascrubs for Instagram, @weareaurascrubs_official for TikTok). 
  2. Comment their favorite Aura scrubs color 
  3. Like the post 

No purchase is necessary to enter. 

The Sponsor will not accept entries that are incomplete, late, illegible, automated, generated by bots, or submitted through unauthorized means. Each eligible participant may submit one (1) entry during the Giveaway Period. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Official Rules. 

 

PRIZE 

The Giveaway prize is: One (1) Aura scrubs set of the winner’s choice, subject to available color and size. 

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50. 

Number of winners: 1 

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash. 

The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 

The winner is responsible for selecting from the available prize options offered by the Sponsor. 

The Sponsor does not guarantee that every color, size, style, or product variation will be available at the time the prize is claimed. 

 

WINNER SELECTION 

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. 

The selection will take place on or about October 30, 2026. 

The Sponsor's decision regarding the selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law. 

The Sponsor will not select winners based on purchasing behavior, customer status, personal characteristics, or other criteria not disclosed in these Official Rules. 

 

WINNER NOTIFICATION 

The potential winner will be contacted using Aura scrubs’ official social-media accounts listed below: 

  • Facebook: Aura Scrubs 
  • Instagram: @weareaurascrubs 
  • TikTok: @weareaurascrubs_official 

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours after the first notification attempt. The Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize. 

If a potential winner: 

does not respond within the required period; 

cannot be contacted; 

is determined to be ineligible; 

fails to comply with these Official Rules; or 

declines the prize, 

the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. 

The Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner's failure to receive or respond to a notification because of changes to contact information, privacy settings, spam filters, platform restrictions, or other technical issues. 

 

WINNER VERIFICATION 

Before receiving the prize, a potential winner may be required to confirm: 

full legal name; 

U.S. residency; 

shipping address; and 

any other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. 

The Sponsor will not require a winner to purchase anything, pay a fee, or provide credit card or bank account information to claim a prize. 

The Sponsor may disqualify a potential winner if the information provided is false, incomplete, or inconsistent with the eligibility requirements. 

 

PRIZE DELIVERY 

The Sponsor will ship the prize to the verified winner using the shipping information provided by the winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered because the winner provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. The winner may be required to confirm receipt of the prize. Any taxes, duties, or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize that are imposed on the winner are the winner's responsibility, except where prohibited by law. 

 

PUBLICITY 

Except where prohibited by law, the Sponsor will not use the winner's name, image, likeness, or personal information for promotional purposes unless the winner separately provides permission. The Sponsor will not require the winner to create promotional content as a condition of receiving the prize unless such requirement was clearly disclosed in these Official Rules. 

PERSONAL INFORMATION 

Information collected from the entrants and winner will be used for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, including: 

processing entries; 

verifying eligibility; 

contacting potential winners; 

delivering prizes; and 

administering the Giveaway. 

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's applicable Privacy Policy. A participant's entry into the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe the participant to marketing communications unless the participant separately provides the required consent. The Sponsor will request only information reasonably necessary for Giveaway administration and prize fulfillment. 

 

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Aura Scrubs and its respective owners, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law. 

The Sponsor is not responsible for: 

lost, late, incomplete, damaged, illegible, or misdirected entries; 

technical failures; 

internet or network interruptions; 

platform outages; 

computer or device malfunctions; 

unauthorized access to the Giveaway; 

errors in the administration of the Giveaway; or 

other technical or operational issues beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control. 

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. 

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL, SUSPEND, OR MODIFY 

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity, security, or proper administration of the Giveaway. 

If the Giveaway is modified, suspended, or terminated, the Sponsor will provide notice through the applicable Giveaway channel when reasonably practicable. The Sponsor will not use this provision to arbitrarily deny an otherwise valid prize. 

 

FRAUD AND DISQUALIFICATION 

The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who attempts to: 

interfere with the Giveaway; 

manipulate the entry process; 

use multiple accounts in violation of the stated entry limits; 

use bots or automated systems; 

submit fraudulent information; 

violate these Official Rules; or 

otherwise undermine the fair administration of the Giveaway. 

The Sponsor may retain records reasonably necessary to document the administration of the Giveaway. 

 

SOCIAL-MEDIA PLATFORM DISCLAIMER 

The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform through which the Giveaway is promoted, unless expressly stated otherwise. Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to the applicable social media platform. 

By participating, entrants release the applicable social media platform from claims arising out of or relating to the Giveaway, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Participants must comply with the applicable platform terms and policies. 

 

WINNER LIST 

To request the name of the winner, where permitted by applicable law, send a request to:

Requests must be received within 15 days after the end of the Giveaway. 

The Sponsor may provide only the information permitted by applicable law. 

 

GOVERNING LAW 

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any rights that cannot legally be waived.

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules and agree to comply with them. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will fully remain in effect permitted by law.
